ACCREDITATION RULES

REGULATION on THE PROCEDURE for ACCREDITATION of MASS MEDIA (MASS media)

  1. Accreditation of media representatives (hereinafter referred to as the media) to exhibitions, conferences, master classes, screenings, ceremonies and other events organized by the Golden Five Festival (hereinafter referred to as the Festival) is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Mass Media" and these Rules in order to streamline the work of media representatives at events.
  2. Accreditation of media representatives is mandatory to work at all events organized by the festival.
  3. Journalists, photojournalists, and cameramen of Russian mass media registered with the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Mass Media", as well as foreign journalists accredited with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, have the right to accreditation.
  4. Persons who are not media representatives, as well as representatives of advertising publications, catalogs or commercial Internet portals, bloggers also have the right to media accreditation.
  5. The Organizing Committee of the Festival has the right to limit the number of accredited journalists, to refuse accreditation to a media representative who has provided information about himself that does not correspond to reality, who has not passed the accreditation procedure within the prescribed time, who has violated the rules of work at the event.
  6. Media representatives wishing to take part in the coverage of the Festival venues apply for accreditation (hereinafter referred to as the Application) through the official website fest5.com . All fields of the accreditation form must be filled in in the Application. Applications that do not meet the requirements of this paragraph will not be accepted for consideration.
  7. Accreditation begins five months in advance and ends one day before the start of each event, unless special accreditation rules are established.
  8. TV companies planning to cover the events must indicate the numbers of editorial cars for entry into the territory of the Moscow State Institute of Culture by e-mail: press@5fest.ru.
  9. The registration of accredited journalists and the issuance of badges is carried out at the Media Registration desk if there is a confirmed accreditation in the database of the press service of the Festival and the presentation of an editorial certificate or an editorial assignment.

An accredited media representative has the right to:
  • attend business and exhibition events;
  • get information about the program of events;
  • to carry out video or photography on the territory of the event;
  • use all services designed for the work of journalists;
  • if there is a press center, work in it during the event, using its infrastructure;
  • participate in press conferences, briefings and other press events.

An accredited journalist is obliged to:
  • carry a badge with you during the entire time of work at the event; when carrying out professional activities, present an editorial certificate or other document certifying the identity and authority of a journalist at the first request;
  • do not interfere in the course of the event if it is not organized specifically for the press;
  • ensure the accuracy of information;
  • observe the rules that are defined for events, do not take photos / videos at the request of representatives of the security services of the event;
  • when using official information, quoting statements of participants of events, the finished materials should contain a mention of the name of the event and the source of the information received.

10. The presence of accreditation does not imply attendance at events requiring special invitations.
